All items found at Pencils.jp are available for international delivery. If you cannot find the item you have in mind on our website, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for price and availability.
What form of payment can I use to order products?
We only accept orders by Paypal.
How can I order?
You may order via our secure online website or you may send your order request via email or fax. We are available Monday - Saturday from 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (EST). If you would like to place a phone order, please call our international ordering line at 81+50-5000-2404.
What is the International Delivery Policy?
International customers will be required by their country to pay duties and taxes before they receive their package. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your Pencils.jp merchandise and shipping charges. EMS typically takes from 3-5 business days to reach our customers after the order leaves our warehouse. If you have any questions about international orders, please e-mail us at email@example.com.
What should international customers do who are having problems registering or ordering on pencils.jp
If you are having problems with the registration or ordering of products, we would be happy to place your order for you. Please email your order to us : firstname.lastname@example.org Please include your name, billing and shipping address, daytime phone, email address, item number, name, color and size.
How are international backorders handled?
We can only ship one package per international order. If your order consists of several items, one or more of which are on backorder, we cannot ship the in-stock items until the backordered items become available. If you want to receive your in-stock items right away, you must remove the backordered items from your order and re-order them when they are in stock or place the backordered items on a separate order.
What happens if I don't receive my package?
All international shipments carry insurance coverage ( For only EMS shipping service). Pencils.jp guarantees replacement of orders lost or damaged during transit.
