How to Shop
1. Select the item you wish to purchase.
Click [Add to Cart] to put the item into your shopping cart.
2. Go to Checkout.
Click [Checkout] to view the items in your shopping cart.
3. Checkout
Enter your information and shipping address, and select a payment option following the instructions.
4. Receive an order receipt email.
You will receive a confirmation email. Please be sure to check the details of your order.
5. Receive the items you ordered.

Shipping charges depend on the weight of item(s) and your ship-to destination.
If you need to know the exact shipping charges before you place your order, simply email us at shop@pencils.jp. We will tell you the exact shipping charges for your desired item(s) before you actually place an order.
Small Packets * The maximum weight for these packages is 2 kg. ( We shall inform you of the shipping cost later. )

Small Packets does not cover insurance for lost or damage items.
A trucking number is NOT provided for Small Packets service.

All items we ship by EMS service are insured for damage or from being lost.
We are not responsible for lost items nor for items that are damaged if your package is shipped by Small Packets service.
